With the wide range of materials available for your patios,
walkways, retaining walls, and other permanent features, it is
important to be familiar with the materials available, and their
respective uses and costs. These examples show the use of both
natural and manufactured materials in the hardscape design.

PLANTINGS (the changing parts of the garden):
From Mediterranean to Tropical in style, the trees, shrubs,
vines, and groundcovers selected are the dynamic elements that
most determine the feel of your garden. These examples are just
a few of the exciting effects possible using different forms,
colors, and textures within the plant palette. We are also
proficient in Water-Wise (Xeriscape) and Deer Resistant planting
designs.

While hardscapes and plantings comprise the backbone of the
landscape design, there are countless specialty items that will
give your garden its unique character. From outdoor kitchens to
water features to shade structures and more, we will explore how
best to incorporate these unique and fun elements seamlessly
into your landscape design.

PLAN EXAMPLES (a few AutoCAD plan examples):
While the plans shown here may be too small to show detail,
they give an idea of the basic drafting work in a typical
landscape design. In addition to these Landscape Layout and
Planting Plans, additional sheets, if needed, may include
information such as Irrigation, Grading, Drainage, Lighting, and
various Construction Details. All of these plans were developed
in AutoCad format and are easily transmitted via email.
